On March 31, the President introduced a major infrastructure plan in the form of the American Jobs Plan (the “Infrastructure Plan”). While legislation has not been released, the Infrastructure Plan will likely impact the municipal bond market in significant ways. This Webinar will discuss the potential direct and indirect effects of the Infrastructure Plan on municipal bonds, including:
- reinstatement of tax-exempt advance refundings,
- increase of cap on bank qualified debt, and
- reinstatement of BABs.
In addition, the Webinar will also provide updates on:
- IRS enforcement,
- LIBOR transition, and
- COVID related disclosures.
