Sam Goldstein is a Vice President in the Higher Education & Nonprofit Finance Group of the Global Investment Banking Division of the Royal Bank of Canada. Sam has nearly 10 years of investment banking experience, all dedicated to the higher education and nonprofit sector.
As a member of the Higher Education & Nonprofit Group, Sam has been responsible for tax-exempt and taxable financings for an array of higher education institutions. He also brings experience providing investment banking services ranging from infrastructure monetization and mergers and acquisitions to long-term capital planning.
Sam holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University.

Ken is President of DPC DATA Inc., a leading provider of municipal bond information and solutions since 1992. He oversees business and product strategy, sales, and operations, and is focused on enhancing DPC DATA’s delivery platforms to improve wealth & risk management, trading, and compliance workflows.
Prior to joining DPC DATA, Ken was Director and Head of Wealth Management Products at Tradeweb Direct (formerly BondDesk), where he helped define and launch the BondWorks® Financial Advisor Workstation. Over a 15-year career at Standard & Poor’s, he held senior product management roles that drove innovation in fixed-income solutions, developed the company’s ratings redistribution strategy, and built strategic partnerships with major data vendors.
Ken’s work has been recognized with a CODiE™ Award from the Software & Information Industry Association and a McGraw-Hill Corporate Achievement Award for product innovation. He holds a master’s degree in Information Systems, is Pragmatic Marketing® Certified, and has been active in the Product Development and Management Association.

Raigen joined TD Bank after serving as Treasury, Director-Debt & Investments with Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest healthcare system in the State of Texas. During his tenure at BSWH, he managed the System’s $3 billion debt and $1 billion swap portfolios and $600 million private capital investment portfolio.
Previously, Raigen served as investment banker to leading not-for-profit education, research institutes, and other cultural and social service organizations across the Western U.S. He has also held a variety of corporate banking roles supporting clients ranging from media & telecommunications to financial institutions at NationsBank, HBW Merchant Banking, and Lehman Brothers.
Raigen holds an MBA from UC Berkeley-Haas, BA from Southern Methodist University and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Dave Sanchez

Dave is the Director of the Office of Municipal Securities at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has almost 30 years of experience in all aspects of the municipal finance market. In prior service at the SEC, he was a principal drafter of both the final Municipal Advisor rule and the 2012 Commission Report on the State of the Municipal Securities Market. Dave previously served as General Counsel to the investment bank De La Rosa & Co. Inc. and as a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco and for over 15 years as bond and disclosure counsel to governmental entities throughout the country.
Dave was also formerly Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown Law Center, where he taught “The Securities Law of Public Finance.” Dave earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Social Psychology from the University of New Mexico.
