OVERVIEW

Join us at the annual BLX and Orrick PIC Workshop for an in-depth review of post-issuance compliance for tax-exempt bond transactions. The Workshop brings together representatives from nonprofit organizations, state and local governments, and industry professionals looking for practical guidance and insight on post-issuance compliance. The Workshop offers both virtual attendance and in-person attendance at Andaz Scottsdale. Both options provide the opportunity to connect, learn, and engage with our experts and your peers and the ability to access Workshop recordings for 60 days after the conclusion of the event.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

At the Workshop, you’ll find open forums designed to encourage real engagement. BLX Senior Representatives and Orrick Public Finance and Tax Partners will lead timely discussions on insightful and important content, helping you navigate IRS and SEC regulations that govern tax-exempt debt. Tax-exempt bond compliance can be complex, so our team is here to make those rules clear and relatable. Bring your questions and we’ll help you tackle real-life scenarios and find solutions. Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to replay sessions for 60 days after the event. The in-person option offers a great chance to network with your peers and industry professionals throughout the day and a half, while the livestream platform is designed for digital interaction during the sessions.

An invoice with payment instructions will be sent upon registration. Payment is due prior to November 12, 2026, and is required to participate in the Workshop.

In general, this educational workshop is for representatives from nonprofit organizations and state and local governments. In addition, the Workshop may be open for certain Industry Professionals. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For in-person registrations, requests to refund registration fees must be received in writing by October 29, 2026, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after November 1.

For virtual registrations, requests to refund registration fees must be received in writing by November 12, 2026, and no cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be granted after November 12.

Refunds or cancellations of hotel bookings need to be requested directly from Andaz Scottsdale and are subject to their policies.
