PARTICIPANTS

Coming soon

A Comprehensive Overview of Post-Issuance Compliance Rules and Regulations for 501(c)(3) Organizations and State and Local Government Issuers Who Utilize Tax-Exempt Financing

The 2025 Workshop will be a hybrid event, with in-person attendance at Conrad Nashville and a livestream option. The in-person option represents an excellent opportunity for attendees to interact and socialize with other attendees, industry professionals, and the BLX and Orrick team. In addition, through the livestream option, we make available all content on a virtual platform with the ability for participants to digitally interact with the presenters and other attendees throughout the workshop.

Both the in-person and livestream options will allow participants to replay all workshop sessions for up to 30 days after the event.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The BLX/Orrick Workshop provides timely discussions on post-issuance compliance for the public finance and 501(c)(3) communities who utilize tax-exempt financing. Featuring open forums to encourage attendee engagement, experts from BLX and Orrick guide the program with carefully selected, insightful content to help participants grasp IRS and SEC regulations governing tax-exempt debt. The sessions promote audience interaction and address questions from participants relating to real life circumstances. The BLX and Orrick team aims to make complex tax laws clear and relatable.

Topics, among others, to be covered include:

  • Tax Reform 2025 and the Potential Impact on the Municipal Market
  • Arbitrage Rebate and Yield Restriction
