Amy Yowell is an Associate Director in BLX’s Dallas office with over 31 years of arbitrage rebate compliance experience. She is actively involved in the production and review of arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance analyses. Amy supports consultants in identifying the optimal methodology for various compliance and expenditure exception analyses, ensuring they are prepared in accordance with the applicable Treasury Regulations. She is also a part of BLX’s program administration team and involved in monitoring ongoing covenants and requirements for structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining BLX, Amy gained experience in post-issuance tax compliance while working at First Southwest Company, Causey Demgen & Moore P.C., and, most recently at Gilmore & Bell P.C.
